Graphic Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a designer to join our product team at PeopleGoal. PeopleGoal is an employee experience platform (EXP) in the enterprise SaaS space. You'll be working on a variety of projects - improving our user experience scores, designing new features and working with our engineering team to ensure succesful roll-outs in production.

We're a small startup with a big reach, so you'll be able to have a huge impact. Working at PeopleGoal means there's a lot to be done, but also autonomy, flexibility, and a clear mandate to tackle big problems.

The ideal candidate is a creative team player will be able to think strategically across different media platforms and own the creation process from inception to production. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital support for marketing campaigns
• Work cross-functionally with other teams
• UI/UX Improvements
• Multi-task while designing components of various projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, Figma
