Cascade communication stands for passing information from one level of an organization to another (e.g; from senior managers to junior).
This method provides clear information and leaves no scope of uncertainty as any time the information is put forward, the receiver can clarify if there is any doubt regarding what has been presented. Encouraging a system of greater trust and more personalized interaction is beneficial for any organization as changes are implemented more efficiently.
On the other hand, there are significant communication barriers that make this dispersal of information more difficult. If readers are inattentive, they might misinterpret what is said - leading to issues further along the cascade of communication.
